The mission of Seekonk Parks & Recreation Department is to provide inspiration and recreation opportunities for the Town of Seekonk residents through creation and maintenance of high quality programs, facilities, and community special events. By dedication and developing diverse services and programs that promote citizen involvement and strong sense of community. With this being said Parks and Recreation will strive to increase the social, cultural, and physical well being of its residents and generations to come.
The Parks & Recreation Committee meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm in Town Hall.
Office hours: Wednesday 5:00pm - 7:00 pm
Friday 9am - 12pm or by appointment

Time : 11:00 a.m. Elementary school race ….11:30 Middle School Race
Sponsored by the Seekonk Recreation Committee
Race#1 ….For Elementary School age……grades 1-5
Race #2 ….Middle School age ……grades 6-8
Gifts for everyone who finishes their race
Location : Frank Mooney Track at Seekonk High School
Cost: No entry fee
Entries must be turned in the day of the race with a parents signature
You can not run in this event without a signed entry form
